My Stay at Four Seasons The Nam Hai Vietnam (Hotel Review)

I recently stayed a week at the Four Seasons The Nam Hai in Vietnam and left completely blissed out. This is the best Four Seasons experience I’ve had so far and the most over-the-top wellness vacation I’ve enjoyed. The Nam Hai is located on Vietnam’s culturally rich central coast, close to three extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage sites and on the country’s most celebrated beach. We first flew into Da Nang International Airport and took a Grab for 35 minutes to arrive at the property. I was a little worried the first day was cloudy and grey, but the weather gods were with me because the sun shined bright for the rest of the stay.

The Four Seasons Nam Hai is equipped with everything to provide you with the perfect wellness focused vacation. My favorite part had to be the resort’s pools and daily yoga, meditation and cultural activity classes. I only wish the meditation classes were offered towards the evening as I didn’t want to give up precious pool time. The days were really short in November with the sun starting to weaken by 4 PM!

I put together a list of all the ways you can fill up your days at FS The Nam Hai:

  • Daily yoga, wellness and cultural activities scheduled
  • 3 swimming pools
  • Hammocks on the beach
  • Water sports activities depending on beach conditions (jet ski, kayak, body boarding)
  • Badminton, basketball and tennis
  • Table tennis and billiards
  • Library for reading
  • Spa
  • Gym

You can communicate with the staff via Whatsapp, and I don’t know how they do it, but they always responded almost immediately to my requests and questions.

The garden-inspired villas are insanely luxurious.

The Wifi worked seamlessly everywhere on the property except for when you’re on the beach.

The beachfront villa is the best villa in my opinion. Hearing and seeing the ocean waves the moment you wake up and drifting off to sleep with the sound of the ocean is unbeatable.

Breakfast

The breakfast is impressive with a wide variety of Western, Vietnamese, Indian and Korean options. There’s also an a-la-carte menu you can order from complimentary.

Pools

The main pool is enormous and it feels like you’re swimming directly to the sea while in it.

Activities

There’s plenty of activities to fill your days. To get around the resort and reach the facilities quickly, each villa comes with two beach cruiser bikes.

Yoga Pavilion

Water sports equipment is dependent on beach conditions.

You can book their romantic dinner for 2 on the beach.
