I went on a 4 day trip in August to Menorca, a small island next to Mallorca in the Balearic Islands and had to go with the best hotel I could find. The Melia Cala Galdana looked like true luxury and seemed to have the best oceanfront views. The cost was about 430 euros per night, which is very pricey for a hotel on a relatively quiet Spanish island, but after staying at the hotel the cost is definitely worth it if you’re going in high season.
